Strength training for children

Strength training improve performance and also hysical fitness for children. it is a training program that build up various physical fitness of the participants.Such as Flexibility, Strength, Speed, Cardiomuscluar system and Power The program is done with varied, high intensity functional movements, which mostly with body weight, which focus on improving participants physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness. 

 

Our Strength programs are cater for children of all ages. It is a fun and enjoyable program where children will learn the correct technique in exercise as well as gym technique. This program equip the children with knowledge so that they can execute correct body functional movements which also help them in future physical training in the sports the participate.
